Game Rules:
Callbreak uses a standard 52-card deck and is played by four players over five rounds. Spades are always trump. Each player receives 13 cards and bids on the number of tricks they expect to win (1-13). The goal is to win the maximum number of tricks while also breaking opponents' bids – a key element called "call breaking."
Gameplay:
This multiplayer card game follows classic trick-taking mechanics, similar to Spades.
- Dealing & Bidding: Cards are dealt to each player, starting to the dealer's left. The initial dealer is randomly selected, and the turn rotates clockwise.
- Scoring: Players earn points based on their bids. Meeting the bid yields points equal to the bid. Extra tricks earn 0.1 points each. Failing to meet the bid results in negative points equal to the bid.
- Winning: After five rounds, the player with the highest total score wins the game.
